Die-cast aluminum pressure reducing valve housings are primarily used in various industrial systems requiring stable pressure control and long-term reliable operation, and are one of the core structural components of pressure reducing valves. These products are mainly custom-made and do not have standardized finished specifications. Their design and manufacturing process are centered around the customer's equipment structure, installation method, and actual working conditions. We have processed various structural forms of die-cast aluminum pressure reducing valve housings in our production, involving different channel layouts, interface sizes, and wall thickness requirements. We can carry out targeted process planning and manufacturing based on drawings, samples, or technical parameters provided by the customer.
In terms of material application, stable aluminum alloys or aluminum-zinc alloys are typically used. These materials ensure the overall strength and hardness of the housing while also possessing good corrosion resistance, enabling long-term use in complex industrial environments. By rationally controlling the alloy composition and structural design, a balance can be achieved between pressure bearing capacity, dimensional stability, and processing efficiency, meeting the functional requirements of different pressure reducing valves in actual operation.
During the manufacturing process, the main body of the housing is mostly formed using die-casting technology, allowing the internal flow channels, external contours, and mounting structures to be formed in a single process, improving overall consistency and batch stability. Based on this, CNC machining is then used to precision machine key areas such as sealing surfaces, threaded holes, and mounting datum surfaces to ensure assembly accuracy and sealing reliability. For products with complex internal structures or high precision requirements, multiple machining processes can be combined to further optimize detailed parts, thus meeting customer requirements in terms of performance and assembly compatibility.
In the surface treatment stage, various options are available depending on the operating environment and appearance requirements, including sandblasting, powder coating, painting, electrophoretic coating, and electroplating. Different treatment methods not only help improve the corrosion resistance and surface hardness of the housing but also help maintain the consistency and stability of the appearance. Strict control of color difference is maintained during the production process to ensure a uniform appearance for the same batch and for long-term supply.
