Manufacturing of aluminum alloy protective motor housings typically begins with die casting to obtain the overall structural form, followed by CNC machining to control the dimensions of critical assembly surfaces, hole positions, and interface locations. For structures requiring higher sealing performance or protection levels, additional features such as assembly positioning steps, sealing grooves, or reinforcement ribs can be added according to customer requirements. Subsequent processes such as drilling, tapping, and deburring can be carried out as needed to ensure consistent fitment with the rotor, stator, and external accessories. To enhance appearance and durability, surface treatments such as painting, sandblasting, anodizing, or plating can be applied, ensuring the housing meets functional requirements while maintaining a uniform surface finish.
