In terms of material selection, aluminum alloy or aluminum-zinc alloy materials are used for manufacturing. The integrated structure is typically formed using molding processes to create the main contours, followed by precision machining to control the dimensions of critical areas. The mounting surfaces, interface locations, and internal assembly areas all require fine processing using CNC machining to ensure stable compatibility with the wireless charging module, power interface, and fixing structures. Depending on the specific design, reinforcing ribs, positioning structures, or hidden mounting features can be added to enhance the overall structural integration.
